Guest Services Volunteers - final schedule

Tuesday Afternoon is Goat Barn Day in Guest Services.

The final schedule is as follows:

2-4 pm Christie & Lori McCauley
4-6 pm Katelyn & Shelly Videto
6-8 pm Joyanna Dejong & Nicole Praniewictz

Fair Update from Maruska...

Thanks to all for getting your declarations in on time. Our numbers look to be about the same as last year.

Please remember the record books come in 2 parts, and if you have a market wether you need to fill out the market wether record book in addition to your showmanship goat record book. The drug letter must be in all market wether record books, just staple it to the back. Also if you don't own the goat you are showing you need to have a lease agreement at check in.

I need to get volunteer names in to Trish Wallington for the goat barn's turn in Guest Services. We only have 3 slots to fill on Tuesday of Fair week. They are from 2-4, 4-6 and 6-8pm. We need 2 volunteers for each time slot. At least one of the 2 should be age 16 or older. Parents can also do this.Since we have 3 bigger clubs in the barn I am going to suggest each club come up with 2 volunteers. Club leaders please talk to your exhibitors and email me the names. This is only a 2 hour commitment and if each barn does their part Guest Services will be well-staffed for Fair.
