Guest Services Volunteers

The Fair Board is having each animal division take a shift working at the Guest Services booth during Fair Week.

A short training session is in the process of being schedule for sometime in July (date tba).

The Goat Barn is sharing Tuesday with the Dog Division. Our schedule is as follows:

Tuesday August 7th
2-4 pm = ?
4-6 pm = ?
6-8 pm = ?


We need 2 volunteers (1 must be 16 or older) to sign up for each time slot.

Market Wether UPDATE

MUST HAVE DRUG FREE LETTER - The Fair Board is requiring ALL animals going to auction to have this letter. Please print, sign and add it to your market wether record book. The letter can be found online at the Fair website (www.kcfg.org). In the left column choose Fair Documents... then choose "06 Drug Letter". The wording on the top of the viewed page says "Project Animal Certification/Care Form".

MARKET PHOTO - The photo's will be taken at 1pm on Tuesday of Fiar. Please be at the goat barn just before 1pm.

WEIGH IN - Weigh in for market animals will be Sunday evening. We do not have a time yet, so please plan to be around the barn.
